DELIVERY & RETURNS

The shipment of products is done regularly a maximum of 48 hours after your order.

In general, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday).

To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "show my order" link you will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note: tracking is displayed about 4 days after sending.

At the end of your order you will receive a first confirmation email and then a second one indicating the sending of your order.

Please monitor the follow-up of your order, it may be waiting at the post office, even if you have not received a notice of passage in your mailbox.

Good to know: the post office keeps your package for 15 days, beyond that it is returned to the sender, you will then be asked for compensation in order to ship your order again.

When you place your order, you have a period of 2 hours to cancel it, via our contact form in the section, once this deadline has passed, a refund can only be made from the complete receipt of your order on our premises.

This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
